Inner Management Workshop

Summer is always the perfect season for us to improve our skills and knowledge, and that’s why ACT organized a workshop for the sake of its administration members where they could improve and learn new soft and hard skills. During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to enhance their existing skills and learn new ones, both in terms of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as hard skills such as data analysis, project management, and technical expertise. By investing time and energy into this workshop, ACT’s administration members were better equipped to navigate the challenges of their roles and contribute even more effectively to the organization’s success. Moreover, by taking advantage of the summer season to prioritize learning and development, participants returned to their day-to-day responsibilities feeling re-energized and re-inspired, ready to take on new challenges and achieve new levels of excellence in their work.
