The Association of Cooperation in Tetouan, abbreviated as ACT, is a non-profit non-governmental organization that was established in 2017 in the northern city of Tetouan, Morocco, by a group of 25 young people hailing from diverse backgrounds.
What is ACT?
Since its inception, ACT has rapidly grown into a nationwide community of over 50 project managers who are all united under the same inspiring slogan: “Our way to make a change!”
Our Vision and Mission
We aim to enhance civil participation among the youth of Morocco by strengthening their project management skills and empowering them to become effective change makers.
What are our Objectives?
- To enable youth to innovate sustainable solutions against social & climate injustice by reinforcing their capacities.
- To raise awareness of Moroccans about climate change, human rights and entrepreneurship.
- To incubate youth projects that respond to social & environmental problematics, and supporting them through providing mentorship and resources.
- To advocate for youth rights and help them by facilitating the access to opportunities.
- To create a safe environment for youth to express their thoughts and creativity and learn by peers.
What are our Activities & Tools?
- Our management takes advantage of several virtual management tools and social media to make sure that our journey is smooth and transparent.
- We track the performance of every active member on a weekly basis to ensure that their activity is sustainable and progressing.
- We mobilize our international network of volunteers and mentors to respond to the needs of the community.
- We plan our strategy once every year by consulting neutral experts.

Thr Change Makers Program (CMP) empowers young individuals in social innovation. it spans 10 months of weekly sessions and progress monitoring. Throughout the year, four challenges are conducted for each season.
