Demo Day 2026
The Final Stage of the Change Makers Program
What Happens During Demo Day?
The Demo Day is the final and most important milestone of the Change Makers Program (CMP). It represents the closing event where participants present and pitch the projects they have been developing throughout the program. Demo Day is not just a presentation session, but a celebration of innovation, creativity, and commitment. Participants showcase solutions addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges in front of a jury, partners, and an engaged audience.
Building Skills Through Action
During this final event, selected teams pitch their projects, explain their ideas, and demonstrate their impact. The event also includes an exhibition space where attendees can interact with participants and explore their initiatives more closely. A jury evaluates the projects based on innovation, feasibility, and impact, and the best teams receive awards and recognition for their work.
Innovation for Social and Climate Justice
The CMP Demo Day will take place on Sunday, April 17, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Conference Palace Ahmed Boukmakh in Tangier, Morocco. The event is organized by the Association of Cooperation in Tetouan (ACT), in partnership with Europa-Africa and regional stakeholders. It is expected to welcome around 150 participants, including young innovators, partners, and guests.
A Community of Cooperation
Demo Day reflects the mission of CMP: empowering youth to become active changemakers. By giving them a platform to pitch their ideas, the program helps participants gain confidence, visibility, and real-world experience in innovation and social entrepreneurship.
